Annie and The Natural Wonder Band perform “free” concert at The Park-McCullough Historic Governor’s Mansion

Visit with friends and neighbors while listening to the joyful sounds of Annie and The Natural Wonder Band at The Park-McCullough Historic Governor’s Mansion. Annie and Safari Bob create and perform fun-filled, interactive songs and dances about the wonders of nature for the whole family to enjoy. Bring your own picnic and blanket (brownies and lemonade provided).

This free, all-ages concert is brought to you by: Prospect Street Writers House, Park-McCullough Historic Governor’s Mansion, The Village School of North Bennington, and the John G. McCullough Free Library.

For the past 35 years, Annie and Safari Bob have performed all around the world, including for The United Nations, Natural History Museum of Los Angeles, the Beardsley Zoo, and the Mystic, Norwalk, and Brooklyn Aquariums. Annie and Safari Bob wrote the centennial theme for the Wildlife Conservation Society and the group was the “house band” at the Bronx Zoo for more than 25 years. Annie has sung the National Anthem at Shea Stadium three times.

The husband and wife team starred in “Annie’s Place” on Cablevision, was spotlighted on “Good Day New York” and The Fairfield Exchange, and have been featured in The New York Times, Family Fun Magazine, The Gannet Papers, The Hartford Courant, and Gleanings Magazine. This duo has performed at hundreds of schools, libraries, museums, gardens, zoos, aquariums and municipal parks.

In addition to performing full-time, Annie has honed her craft through teaching preschool music for 25 years. One of their proudest accomplishments is their honorary membership in the United Nations Environmental Programme.
