Greetings Families,

First and foremost, Happy Thanksgiving! I wish all of you a joyful feast with family and friends. The Thanksgiving holiday is a special time, because it enables us to reflect on our shared values of togetherness, generosity, and gratitude. I am truly grateful for all the Village School families, our dedicated staff, and this wonderful community.

I also want to take a moment to remind everyone in our community to stay safe and healthy over the holiday. With the number of COVID-19 cases on the rise in our community, it is important that we all take a proactive approach to try to prevent illness this holiday season. This is one of the best ways that we can ensure continued in-person education for our students. If you gather with family or friends, please do so responsibly. Consider things like: masking when indoors, social distancing whenever possible, considering vaccination status when planning gatherings, and testing when you or your student(s) experiences symptoms of illness or has been exposed to a positive case.

Keeping our community healthy is everyone’s responsibility.

Enjoy the holiday,
Tim
