Pam Hubbs is the School Counselor at the Village School. Pam’s interest in school counseling began when she was practicing as the school nurse at North Bennington Graded School. After witnessing the lack of mental health support for youth and adults in our community, Pam decided to pursue a degree in counseling. Pam received her master’s degree and an advanced certificate in school counseling from Russell Sage College. For the past six years, Pam has worked as a full-time school counselor at Bennington Elementary School. Ms. Pam’s primary responsibility is to deliver a comprehensive school counseling program that improves student outcomes in the areas; academic, career, and social-emotional development of all students.
