Math and Science Teacher for Fifth and Sixth Grades
Samantha Coulter is the fifth and sixth grade math and science teacher at the Village School of North Bennington. She graduated from Keene State College in New Hampshire with a B.S. in Elementary Education and a liberal arts focus in Sociology. She loves the outdoors and yoga. She values the lessons her passions have taught her, and she enjoys finding ways to incorporate these lessons into her classroom. Fifth and sixth graders will learn how to practice mindfulness in different parts of their lives, which will lead to personal growth and a positive school experience. Mrs. Coulter respects the different learning styles of each student and enjoys implementing creative project-based experiences. She is thrilled and honored to be part of the Village School community.
Children are at the heart of all we do. We nurture a child's curiosity, ignite enthusiasm for exploring, develop tools for inquiry, for invention, for achievement. We welcome families into a community-wide collaboration to help our children grow into their best selves - responsible citizens and stewards of the greater world, makers of the future.
