The Hiland Hall Garden Program is underway and students are happily learning how to make apple cider, gazpacho, and many more seasonal favorites. On Tuesdays and Thursdays they are busy preparing fruit and vegetables like carrots, tomatoes, eggplant, potatoes, beans, cabbage, garlic, and more for the Student Farmers’ Market, which is open from 3-3:30 p.m. in the school lobby. All proceeds benefit the garden program.
