We are pleased to announce that Village School of North Bennington sixth grader Thea is the winner of this year’s Peace Poster contest! Every year, the Norshaft Lions Club sponsors the Village School and Shaftsbury Elementary School students in the Lions Club international peace poster contest. Each year, there is a theme that students have to represent without using words. This year’s theme was “we are all connected.” In addition to the winner the following sixth graders received honorable mentions for their outstanding work: Eli, Emily-Grace, Adelaide, and Nieve.
