Dear K-6 Parent/Guardian:
The Village School of North Bennington’s student registration is now OPEN for the 2023-2024 school year.
Please register your student(s) for school using our confidential and secure online registration system, if you have not already done so. Registering your student is quick and easy and ensures that our school has all the correct information needed for your student(s) to begin the school year.

The first day of school will be a half day on Thursday, August 31st for students in K-6. The lobby doors will be open at 8 a.m. and dismissal will be at 11:30 a.m. The first day will include the Village School’s traditional First Day Parade and a free BBQ after dismissal. Families are invited to participate in both the parade and BBQ. More details about the first day of school and the new academic year will be shared via email and text message in mid-August.

ONLINE REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS
Village School registration is done online through a confidential and secure online registration system. It is most user-friendly with a computer, tablet, or smartphone. Registration for returning students takes about 5 minutes. Registration for new students may take 10-15 minutes; however, you can save your information and return to it at any time.
We highly recommend downloading the TeacherEase app on your mobile device. If you use the app, simply login and follow the prompts.
Note: At this time, please disregard the “Communications Preferences.” We will send a notice with instructions before school starts for how to set your communication preferences.
If you are using a computer or tablet, please follow these easy steps to register your student(s):
1. Go to http://www.TeacherEase.com and log in using your email address and password. (The email address you have on file with the school is the email address you should use to login.) If you forgot your password, follow the onscreen prompts to reset it. If you are still unable to login, please email info@vsnb.org for assistance.
2. After Logging in you will see your student’s name and grade level. There will be an “Announcement” in a blue box with an exclamation mark that will prompt you to click the “Online Registration” link. Even if your student is NEW to the Village School, you should see your student’s name and grade level listed. If you do not see your student’s name listed, please email info@vsnb.org rather than using the link to register a new student.
3. The next screen will prompt you to “Continue registering existing student(s).” Your student’s information will be pre-filled for you to review and update as needed. When you are satisfied with each section, please click “Save and Mark Complete.” You also have the option to “Save Only” if you need to save your updates and return to registration at a later time.
4. When all sections are complete, click “Submit Student Data” to finish the registration process.
