Village School Communications

Ensure you receive important school notices and announcements by configuring your communication preferences in Teacherease.

Posted 10/5/23

The Village School communicates regularly with families via email and text messaging.  Please make sure that we have an email address and/or a cell phone number on file so that you do not miss important messages. If you provided an email address and cell phone number when you registered your student(s) for school, then we should have your information and you should be receiving regular emails. However, our Text Messaging system is NEW and you will need to configure your communication preferences in order to get text messages. This is especially important for receiving texts about emergencies, school closings, and delays.

TeacherEase requires your permission for us to be able to use SMS text messaging. Log into your TeacherEase account at www.teacherease.com to configure your “Communication Preferences.” Instructions for setting recommended preferences are below.* Once you have given permission, you will receive announcements via text. If you do not receive the welcome text message, please call 802-442-5955 or email office@vsnb.org.
