High Needs 1:1 Teaching Assistant (full-time)
The Village School of North Bennington is seeking a full-time High Needs Teaching Assistant (Paraeducator) to work 1:1 with an early elementary student within a single classroom for the 2026/2027 school year. The Teaching Assistant (TA) will work under the guidance of the Classroom Teacher and/or the Special Educator to implement the curriculum and to provide support to the student. This TA will be responsible for accompanying the student to and throughout all transitions to and from the homeroom, as well as accompanying the student to all Specials (Music, Gym, Library, and Art).
