Teacher readingLori Elwell is the Director of the Pre-K Program and a lead teacher for Pre-K. She has been a teacher for more than 30 years and is devoted to early childhood education. She holds three different bachelor’s degrees in Elementary Education (Keene State College, NH), Early Childhood Education (Keene State College, NH), and English (North Adams State College, MA). She is also a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) and has her master’s degree in Education from Southern New Hampshire University. Mrs. Elwell’s Pre-K classroom is filled with joy and wonder each day. The focus is on social, emotional, and academic development through play. Mrs. Elwell wants her children to know that “they will succeed, yes indeed! It is ninety-eight and three quarters percent guaranteed.”
