Sherry Schwarz joined the Village School team in 2017 and has served in a variety of capacities including communications and marketing, community outreach, and, presently, admissions and advancement. Her connection to the Village School is deeply personal: both of her children graduated from the Village School, giving her an appreciation for its impact on students and families from both a professional and a parent’s perspective. Prior to working for the Village School, she was the Publications Manager and Website Content Director for the Educational Travel Conference, Publisher and Editor of Transitions Abroad Magazine, and founder of the Abroad View Foundation and magazine. Mrs. Schwarz is a graduate of Middlebury College, where she earned a B.A. in English literature and minors in creative writing and anthropology. In her spare time, Mrs. Schwarz loves cooking, gardening, reading, traveling, and spending time in nature.
